Quality Control and Delivery
Our quality management systems have been active for many years and define our manufacturing views. We always strive to produce products of the highest possible quality, meeting the high expectations of our customers.
Our company has held the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification since 2011.
In our laboratory, we continuously monitor using available methods:
- the conformity and possible contamination of incoming raw materials
- the characteristic properties of masses, such as dimensional and weight changes during production, and rheological properties
- the porosity and strength of finished products.
With the involvement of external laboratories, it is also possible to determine chemical and mineralogical composition, softening under load, and thermal expansion coefficient.
We continuously prepare measurement records for internal data collection purposes and, of course, for our customers. We also regularly take samples from raw materials and verify and test them with the involvement of an external chemical laboratory.
Every production run is accompanied by test specimens, and we exceed the sampling quantities prescribed by standards several times over.
We have invested a great deal in overseeing the compliance with precise dimensions and facilitating the detection of defects in recent times. We are proud of our modern, state-of-the-art measuring equipment, with which we can accurately and quickly determine even the most difficult-to-check dimensions. In addition to traditional measuring tools — which are regularly calibrated and discarded due to wear — we also have a 3D scanner and optical measuring equipment.
Delivery:
Finished products are shipped in high-strength, reinforced, shrink-wrapped boxes, crates, and cases.
To avoid damage to the products, we use foam sheets and various energy-absorbing, shock-resistant materials between the items, ensuring they arrive safely and undamaged to the customer. We only use our own freight vehicle deliveries in exceptional cases; in most instances, we handle our shipments through forwarding companies in the interest of cost-effectiveness and environmental protection.
